The Horizon Counseling Department is located in Student Services. Our Student Service Office is staffed by two full time counselors, Jim Kindschi and Melissa Wahlin as well as our secretary, Janelle Michelson. Our Student Services Department offers many services to both students and parents.
Mr. Kindschi and Mrs. Wahlin are available to meet with all students at Horizon. To aid in the delivery of counseling services, each counselor has been assigned to align with certain Teams.
Students Services has 3 main functions:- Counseling
- Lunch Accounts
- Nurse's office
(Nurses are available on a limited basis; however, if your student is sick during the day, he or she may come to student services to call home or lay down.)
Our counseling staff provides many services:- Academic and personal counseling for students.
